I've been thinking about this idea for about a week & a half now, but actually got sick & didn't feel like moving. I'm all better now, so I got my camera out and tried to do something with the idea. I'm not sure I got what I visualized, but here goes...
Down here in Texas, we've had quite a 'warm' winter--we had our few days of cold weather and it's been pretty pleasant for the most part. Most of our trees have already put on spring leaves and my daffodils have already bloomed. I'd thought I'd post a few shots of a very special tree in my yard--it's a 'fruit cocktail' tree. This tree doesn't have it's spring leaves yet, but it is loaded with all kinds of fruit (hence the name, lol).
Only in Texas...a Fruit Cocktail Tree.

So, my questions now are:
Does this say 'contrived' to you? It's definitely fake, lol.
Is it worth doing a little editing to one of them and entering it?

That shot was straight out of the camera when I posted it. I did some minor edits and submitted it.
