I think the top is trimmed a bit tight for my taste. I do like the mist.:D

I agree with everyone who posted so far.
The tree shouldn't of been cropped.
I know you were trying to create a misty nite time photo but it is too dark on the bottom. Perhaps you can either go back to the dark room and fix it. OR photoshop it! What I understand the idea of your photo was too create something spooky. You have the mist and the sureal blue bush. You just have to create MORE of a dramatic photograph. Then I believe it will be done deal.
The shot doesn't really do it for me technically or compositionally. It appears underexposed and bit soft/noisy. May I ask you what you feel is "compelling" about this shot?
I think others have already made some valid points about what needs to be done to the image. But I would just emphasize how incredibly distracting that little purple bush watermark is. It would ruin even a compelling image.

for my taste, the composition isn't terribly interesting. nothing really jumps out at me and demands my attention. technically, it's too dark, too red, the waterline isn't level, and there's too much noise in the sky. the watermark certainly doesn't help.
