Rearranging Sub-Galleries

Is there a way to re-arrange my sub-galleries? http://mlfd.smugmug.com

I want sort them by date, however, they are displaying in the order in which I am uploading them.

Ex: I uploaded photos from March 20th, 2008 and they are displayed below photos from September.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated!

Hi and welcome to Dgrin!

Right now, you can either have them displayed by 'most recent' which is uses the date that you last uploaded to a gallery or 'position'. Position allows you to arrange the galleries the way you would like them to be organized. You can change that setting on your homepage at the top of the 'gallery categories' box:
Sort categories by: most recent • position

Just click on position. After doing that, here's how to arrange galleries.

I'm trying to do something similar as the OP with my top-level categories, however I'd like the various categories to be sorted by the gallery title.

I've already tried moving categories around using the current "position" functionality, but the system didn't keep the order I had put the galleries in, and used some other ordering instead, and I can't figure it out.

On which page are you exactly? Give us a direct link to the page and explain in which order exactly you would like them arranged. Then we could take a look.

At http://valkyrie.smugmug.com/ there's a "sort categories" by either "most recent" or "position". There's no option for "title".

Sub-categories have the same restriction.

Galleries, however, can be arranged by position, title, date created, and date modified. I think that - at the very least - sort by title and date created should be added to list of possible arrangements for categories and sub-categories.

I hit "position", but didn't see anything at the top left of the categories. Are you referring to the menu on the left side w/the movement keys, etc.?

Yes, I noticed that, too. It looks as if the feature hasn't been implemented there. I'll pass it on as a feature request.
