custom pano canvas?

Hi, got an email from someone who wants to buy this photo on stretched canvas. Its dimensions are 36.6 x 7.8 inches, which would have to be cropped significantly when buying a size presented on the bayphoto UI through smug. Does anyone know if bayphoto will handle a custom canvas order like this, either through smug mug or directly?

Go to a local print shop and get them to do it on an inkjet. I print these types of images quite often for other photogs on my Epson 7880 and the quality is beautiful! I stretch them myself over a wooden frame, simple to do.

Thanks, I contacted BayPhoto and they said that if I go through them directly, what I would do is select the closest size, and then in special instructions give them the exact dimensions.
