Hi,

I am doing allot of headshot shooting for actors and usually shoot about 200 shots per session in RAW. I then convert in Lightroom to JPEGs and upload to a private gallery on my Smugmug site.

I have been saving the files as "full size jpegs", however, given the file size, and with that many shots, it takes about 8 hours to upload them all! I'm sure i don't need to save them as full size, but what paramaters would you reccomend? The end result should be big enough to give the actor a very high quality 8x10 print.

Any reccomendations?

Thanks in advance,:D

They say that "very high quality" is 300dpi, so you would need a minimum of 2400x3000 pixels.

That being said, my recommendation would still be to upload the originals, but simply do it overnight!
