I want to know SB-600 will work on my Nikon D60?

    Most definitely, but your D60 does not have Commander mode to run it in TTL mode wirelessly off camera. So you'll have to use it on camera, or use a TTL cord. You can also use it with radio triggers off camera in manual mode.
