Does anyone else have to reload their SM pages.

I find my self while looking at my smug site or someone else's smug site having to reload after I get a blank page more than 1/2 the time. This is with several different browsers and on a few friends computers and all 3 of mine. Even trying to view the challenge entry page the thumbnails wouldnt load and I had to reload. Anyone else?

Same here. Just had a page load everything but the photos. Had to hit reload to get them.

If you're on Mac using 10.5.6 and Safari, it's likely to be the Apple bug. Firefox should help or one of my fellow Heroes tried the Safari 4 beta and that resolved the issue for him.

For any other browser, it might be related to this stuff. A fix is in the works.

I am on a mac, but these problem have been happening way before the update last week. My other two computers are PC's. hopefully this will be fixed soon. Sometimes I can reload it 100 times and it still wont display the images.

I've seen this happen with someone elses SmugMug site, but not mine. I click through to look at a gallery, and none of the pictures will load. If I refresh, I usually get a page that says BAD REQUEST. This is on a PC using FireFox and on a Mac using Safari.

I also cannot load smugmug have to refresh pages numerous times using both safari and firefox same on both browsers they used to load fine but dont now

I have the same problem but only occasionally, taskbar usually says "waiting for...." I can't recall what it is waiting for but a quick refresh solves it.

I have pretty much given up on FireFox...it has been my browser of choice for years but is not working well on my Vista machine.

Can you all clear your cache and check again? Last night we released a fix for the Facebook connect stuff I linked to earlier. Now, it'll only get loaded if you click on the facebook button when you leave a comment. This should speed up the page loading as it was before and may fix the issues that you have seen.
It won't fix the Apple bug on Safari, but 10.5.7 hopefully will surface soon.
