I thought is tree was interesting because of it's branches/bark and it's location. Taken in Sardinia, Italy. What are your thoughts? What could I have done differently? Is it even an interesting subject? Too busy? Feedback welcome.
My eye wanders upwards and wants to see how the tree fills out. The OOF foreground is pretty distracting and not necessary to the image. I'd recommend that you pull up and get the whole tree because it does look like it's pretty interesting. But I can't see all of it to make that evaluation. Make sense?

Thanks for the input. That does make sense. I'll have a look at the original and see what I have to work with. It's funny you mention the OOF foreground, because right now my internet browser cuts off the bottom until I scroll and I thought to myself, "hmmm, this seems better before I scroll drown" .
Here it is again with a different crop. I hope this brings more attention to the tree. If I remember correctly (it's been 9 months) the top of the tree was lost in a washed out grey sky and therefore was kept out of frame. Or maybe I had too much vino .
