Backyard Baseball

Backyard baseball was processed using smart sharpening. I then used a lot of dodge and burn to bring more focus to the baseball. A little color modifying and curves was all that was left to do. I am just wondering if I should burn a little more around the baseball.... I wanted to leave some light to give the ball a little more depth. C&C always welcome.

If you burned the mud around the ball, then I would suggest undoing it because it looks unnatural.

I was debating the same thing. I fixed around the ball, so hopefully this looks better.
