Bull ant series. Mandibles capable of some serious pain (I should know, I copped a bite on my hand whilst taking one of these this morning, my hand is a little tender at the moment).

Hey there Obecanobe, I saw one of these Ants for the first time last year out at Werribee.
I was shocked at the size of it compared to the tiny Black Ants and the little Brown Sugar Ants I have seen in my yard.
The pincers are so big they look like the Ant should be in the Amazon
I bet it dang well hurt when it grabbed you too!
