Slide show Quality and Size

I increased the size of my slide show on my main page. However it seems as though the quality diminishes a bit when it was increased. But, it is not the photos because when I view a slide show from a given gallery the quality is perfect. How can I get that same quality in the slide show on my main page while keeping the slide show at a larger scale?

In other words, I want my slide show to be the same on the main page as it shows when clicking on the "slideshow" button under my galleries.

Did you clear your browser cache after increasing the size of the slideshow? It may be that your browser still used the cached ones.

If you still have questions about this, can you give us a link to your site so that we can take a look?

If your slideshow matches one of the pre-built image sizes or if you force the slideshow to use only pre-built sizes, the images will display with higher quality than if the slideshow must generate new image sizes just for it's own display.
