Capture NX2 Layers?

Haven't upgraded yet, but do you have the ability to work w/ layers? In other words, combine a texture w/ a portrait, much like you would in photoshop? I could easily research it, I know, but I like yall waaaaaay better and research just takes too........long.

P.S. Any issues w/ 64 bit Vista?
