Swallows In Flight.

I finally got some shots of the Welcome Swallows that I see every morning when I go out in the swampy backwoods.
They are so hard to get focus on. But today they were hovering a bit slower over the water so I managed to get a couple that were nearly in focus.
A major achievement, in my humble opinion.

#3 is pretty good alright! Swallows are impossible!!clap.gif

The only shots I have of SIF are by waiting for them to take of from a utility wire. Get 'em in focus and snap as soon as they flap.mwink.gif

Nice captures. Catching swallows in flight is darn tough to do.

Nice job, especially on #3. I stood out on the edge of a field and shot about 50 shots of these little buggers one day and didn't get a keeper. I could have used a longer lens, but I'm not sure that would have changed my outcome.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"
