SOLD: Canon 28-135 IS

I have a barely used Canon 28-135 IS which was part of a 40D kit comes with manual and blank warranty card and original kit packing material. I have used this lens about 3 times for around 50 images. I have other lens that cross over and do not use these piece of glass.
Will to trade for a Tamron 28-75 2.8 Canon mount or will sell for $250.00 Shipped and PayPalled to the lower 48. Also open to other trades let me know what you have.
