Andersonville Prison is a National Historic Site in Sumter County Georgia. It was a Civil War prison and now is a museum along with a National Cemetary. This picture is of the statue at the entrance to the cemetary. It honors POW/MIAs from all wars. Your technical comments and suggestions please. Thanks.

    What a curious statue. There is something insect like about the postures.

    I don't have much to say about the technical side. Some blown highlights, but I'm not sure it matters. Conventional wisdom would say that you should have left a little more room above the figures, but I think the tight crop adds to the feeling of confinement. I like it. thumb.gif

    It is hard tell with the small size, but it looks like you blurred or cloned out the background and in the process, smudged some of the statues. Specifically, you lost the chin and nose of the first one.
