I got up this morning to work on a few things in my gallery and I didn't have to log in. Left the galleries completely and then went back and again didn't have to log in. Whatever you guys did thank you! No more thirty plus log in's a day!

Hi, we didn't change this behavior. Perhaps you have cookies properly set in your browser now :)

Never touched anything. Now it's back to logging in every time I leave the site. No clue as to what's going on. No big deal. Just annoying.

OK, login at www.smugmug.com then go to your custom domain, and refresh the page. You should then stay logged in.

    Hello Andy,

I did what you have instructed. When I leave my browser completely and then come back to my custom domain I have to log in. I wish it worked but no go!

I checked and everything seems ok on your site. Can you try this for me? In Internet Explorer:

    1. Click on Internet Options in the Tools menu. The Tools menu has a gear icon on it.
    2. Click on the Security tab.
    3. Click on Trusted Sites.
    4. Click on the Sites button.
    5. Type the Web address *.smugmug.com into the textbox. and click the Add button. Also add *.add quantserve.com, *.amazon.com
    6. If necessary, uncheck the Require server verification (https://) box. Unchecking this box will allow you to add sites to the zone like SmugMug that don't use the https:// protocol.
    7. Click the Close button to exit the Trusted Sites dialog box.
    8. Click OK to exit the Internet Options dialog box.

Close the browser and then retry your site.
