Hello,

I am a new SmugMug user and just love it. I have a problem with two of my gallery pages not showing the Category > Sub-Category > Gallery description at the top of the screen.

I believe the problem may have started when I named three galleries with three similar names:

On the Road - Day 1
On the Road - Day 2
On the Road - Day 3

Oddly, the second one shows the path, but the other two do not. I have tried renaming the gallery name but it didn't work. I have also tried creating a brand new gallery and moving the pictures into the new gallery, but that didn't work either. All three galleries are properly associated with their respective sub-category names.

Could someone help me fix this problem?

Thanks.

John

It looks like you have hide owner set to yes on the two problem galleries. Hide owner changes the url from your site url to www.smugmug.com and hides any indication of who owns the gallery.

Make sure that hide owner (on the customize gallery screen) is set to no.

Looks like you have "hide owner" checked under customize gallery.

    Dear Denise and Al,

Thank you very much! That fixed it. I am sorry to have taken your time with it. I should have not inadvertently changed that setting.

I am grateful for your help,
    John
