Downloads taking For-ever....

In the past, my downloads have taken mere seconds to a few minutes based on the amount of photos. However, in this last week I am experiencing speeds that I would equate with dial-up (twenty minutes for 1 picture of 4.5 MB size). I have looked at my browser settings and everything seems fine. Your help is greatly needed all-wise King Smug.

    Can you email the help desk? We can get you to run traceroutes and help you to pinpoint the problem.
