replacing a photo a client ordered

I have a client who ordered a few different photos, and I want to replace two of them with edited versions. One of them there was no problem, but the other will not work. I keep getting the message, "there was a problem replacing, try again?". Is there a problem with Smug right now, or could it be something else?

    Be sure the replacing photo is a) less than 24megabytes, b) less than 48 megapixels, and c) in the sRGB color space and d) is a jpg.
