Not sure if you know the IDs but #1 I think is a miner bee,
#2 a moth fly, #3 a compost fly (Scatopse sp.)

Number #3 is a bug I haven't seen before, I see Brian has named it as a compost fly.... it's got a lovely shape, it's fine hairs make it look like it's well prepared for the cold.
