This is NOT a good picture at all. The GBH was much too far away for my camera, but I had to figure out what it was. Sad looking from this angle.

    Wow....that's a sad looking bird. Obviously sick, or maybe can't feed properly (blind?).

    I figured he probably was sick. There are a lot of Herons at the Refuge where he was, but I haven't seen one before or since that looked that bad.

    I love it when they look silly...

    Got one taking a bath the other day. Though I would ROGL..Makes good pics...lolol

    To bad I am to lazy to convert for the web and post.

    It was just past the full moon and the birds were really goofy saturday
