Banner does not appear

I started my smugmug site about two weeks ago and put a custom banner in and it was there for over a week, now it doesnt show up even when i am logged out or as a visitor.
help please.

    Please include a link to your site.

    The most common reason that a banner stops showing is that you didn't configured it so the public has permission to view it.
    1. External linking must be on in the gallery
    2. The gallery must not be password protected
    3. The image must not be marked hidden in the gallery (then only you can see it).
    4. You must have enabled access to the size image that you linked to
    5. You must have the right URL to direct link to the image
    The most common mistake is item #3, but any of these can mess it up.
