geoUser Feeds & Excluding Galleries

Is it possible to exclude galleries from the geoUser feed even though the photos have been geo-tagged? Or, in other words, can the feed's URL be updated to feed geo-tagged photos from only one or two galleries?

    No, but you might want to check out Yahoo Pipes, you should be able to create your own mashup of several geoAlbum feeds.
