Domain Name Setting Error

So .. I've followed the instructions here:
http://www.smugmug.com/help/professional-accounts
and changed my domain name (www.redheadedphotgrapher.com - with and without the www) as a CNAME to point to smugmug. Then going into the smugmug side of things, when I enter the domain name I get this error:
"That hostname doesn't resolve to SmugMug's CNAME (domains.smugmug.com). See our help section on custom hostnames."
I've searched the forums but can't find the answers I need so I'm hoping it's a simple fix that someone could help me with.
I purchased the domain through google / enom, my smugmug site is joschmoblo.smugmug.com, and the CNAME part appears to be working, although after entering the custom name it does change over to the default smugmug address (as opposed to retaining the redheadedphotographer.com address <- which i'm assuming the smugmug side of things fixes?).
Thank you sooo much in advance!!

just in case someone else bumps into this, the CNAME for enom is supposed to be domains.smugmug.com .. if you change the www and the @ they both should be pointing there.
I read somewhere that it was supposed to be www.smugmug.com and that was not working for me.
Sadly I've been looking into this off and on all day long now. The second after I broke down and posted this was the second before I found the answer .. OF COURSE!
YAY!!! Thanks for the response!!!
