Good Site for Senior Photos Advice - Poses etc...

I have been asked to take some senior photos in high school and this is my first attempt. I really haven't done much in portraits since I have been primarily sports photography.

I remember there being a site that had some real good advice for senior photos but I have searched and I am evidently not using the right search criteria.

Can someone point me in the right direction with some links?
