Well done execution or is it ignition nicely photographed?
Take 2 is the shot for me though take 1 has many excellent details.
Adjust framing for take 1 maybe to give it greater strength?

I really like the first one best. I think it would be even better if you cropped out about half the black above the flame.

Both are great but #1 has that green fluorescent tip, that's really cool!
