PM - Taken with 40D.MPE-65/430Ex flash. Flower on sheet of paper on table and camera also resting on the table - the shots are all focus stacks for greater DOF. Magnification range 1:1 to 5:1.

Fraid not it's a canon only lens unless there is an adapter that will give you aperture control.

Number 2 is my favorite. Beautiful subject and colors. The texture is so real I feel that I could reach into my screen and touch it.
