The seashore offers infinite photographic possibilities for the theme of this contest,
and I took a lot of shots these days. Here are few selected ones that I like.

Please give me your opinion on which one if any should I choose as the contest entry:

Chaos:

#1 - Water fun 1

I think #2 and #3 work best for me. The contrast is turned up, which is fine in my opinion, but I think the subject is getting lost. My eye keeps getting drawn to the bright waves and I lose sight of the person. Maybe you want to selectively dodge the waves to darken them a little so that your eye gets drawn to the person.

#3 is a nice candidate for chaotic. I really like how she's enveloped by the wave and just enough of her body and boogie board are visible to give the photo good context.

#5 is a nice candidate for serene. The light is very pretty and it definitely speaks "serene".

I would lean toward #3 because it's different from other entries entered so far. There are some ocean shots but none that show someone enveloped by the surf.

But the choice is yours to make. :D

Thank you very much Tom, Linda and Sherry

I'm actually very proud of my surf shots :D (too bad this has to be B&W only... :cry )

    So, I'll go with #3

    One question tough...

Should I call it "Water fun" or maybe... "Fighting chaos", "Chaos can be fun"... ? headscratch.gif

    What do you think?

I agree with the others. I like 2 but three is really different and that what speaks loudly.
    Nice photos.

Now, just thinking about what Tom said, I darkened it a little, popping the person more
    out of the water:

#3 mod - Chaos can be fun:
