EZ Prints pricing mistake?

I am in the process of ordering three 30x40 prints for a customer and noticed a very odd thing.

The SM price for a 30x40 glossy or matte print (printed through EZ Prints) is $10 higher than the price EZ Prints charges their direct customers.

Odd, but I figured it must be related to the extra large size until I checked the pricing on a metallic 30x40 and found SM to be ~ $8 less. :scratch

I sent an email to the help desk Monday and was told Tuesday morning it had been forwarded to the "right people" and I'd have an answer back within 24 hours. That hasn't happened, so I thought I'd toss it out to the entire forum.

Every other price is lower when comparing SM to EZ Prints (which is great), so why the large discrepency on this one size and in only two of the three finishes?

I'd prefer to order through SM, but $30 extra just doesn't sit right.

    Is one expected any time soon?

    I have a customer order in a holding pattern, but if no answer is coming soon I guess I'll just print directly with EZprints and be done with it. :help

    Our price won't be changing in the next days/week I can tell you that much.
