Trip through Utah, etc...

The family and I spent 9 days going through Utah and parts of Arizona.. I thought I'd share a few shots.

    For those readers who don't know, Ed and I share a thing for petroglyphs and pictographs!

    Thompson Wash.... Correct.... I did take the bullet holes out of this panel, I really wanted to see it the way it should look.

    The second one is in Moab out by the golf course, near the driveway to one of the nicer houses in the area. I can get you exact directions if you want them. This is a fairly large panel, it has been vandalized a bit but most of the major figures are undisturbed, the figure on the far left in the bottom picture is known as the Moab Man.

    We did a lot of Petroglyph and Pictograph hunting on this trip and came up with a few panels I've never seen before. Including a small one in Zion.

    Really nice series. You had some beautiful light. I particularly like #3 and #4.
