Can I apply right click protection to many galleries at once.

Sorry for the very basic question.
I've noticed recently that a few people are using my pics on Face book etc and i'd like to stop any more being used.
The right click protection is just the job but do i need to go in to each gallery to enable it or is there a way of doing it all in one go.

thanks.

Dave.

Much easier to use SmugBrowser. Check the API section for a current link. thumb.gif

    Thanks guys.
I did know about using the quick settings but was hoping there would be a master setting to do this.
I have my galleries sorted different ways so i would need a few different presets. Not a big deal just a bit time consumig compared to just hitting a button.
Im not after total security, its just to stop mates taking the images and putting thme on thier Facebook pages etc. Its always nice to be asked. None of thme know much about PC's so this will be enough.

mbellot, ive not heard of the smugbrowser but im going to check it out, thanks.

Well after finding that smugbrowser doesn't work with any of the recent releases of Firefox i have managed to apply the security setting to my whole site.
But now i find its a pain for me, even though im logged in. Is there an easy way to dissable it without having to go in to customise gallery each time and turn it off and thne on again?
Its when im trying to creat a link and finding i cant right click to get the image address so even thoug hi have the option of downloading the image its not much use to me.
    Thanks for any ideas etc.

    Dave.

Thanks Andy, ill give Smugbrowser .5.8 a try.

    .
Not sure i understand the Share button reply though.
If i put the share button no my page then other people can also get my images cant they? If so i cant see any difference to having to go in and turn security on and off each time.
Sorry if im not understanding how you mean to use this. Ive not really messed about much with Smugmug.

    Andy.
That version of Smugbrowser works fine. Thanks again.

But, i dont see the point of using it (in relation to my original question).
Unless im missing something i still have to open SB, turn off security and thne go to my gallery and navigate agian to the required one just to right click to get a link. Then go back to SB and reverse the changes.

Am i missing something? I know it wasn't your suggestion to use it but you seem to be the man that knows everything Laughing.gif.

You must have external links on to share an image on a blog, or forum, or other website. The share button makes for easy getting of the link for you.

you can add some customizing in your CSS to make the button only show for you:

    .notLoggedIn .share_button {display: none;}

Thanks again for the help.Ill try that code tonight.
I do have external links on, its really just to stop my mates from having shots ive taken on thier facebook sights without asking. None of them are really computer savvy so just stopping the right clicking will be good enough.

    Color Change?
Am I able to change the background color and add bold text to the right click protection window?
