Organize Sales CSV by Month or Payout

It's kind of annoying that when I download the CSV it puts all sales items together. I think it would be more elite if it did it by PAY period. That way I know which sale was from which pay period.

    Hi Ruben! You could add it as a suggestion to our Feature Request thread. That would help us to keep track of any suggestions made on Dgrin.
