Very nice shot, I love the milky look. Oh and the star burst reflection is cool.

The first thing I noticed was the starburst. Very nice effect.

Yeah, that starburst is really cool. Looks like a 14 point star. Was that done by the lens itself by chance or a 14 point star lens filter? I also like that milky waterfall.

Very nice! The flare is a really really nice find, too.
The rest of the image is a little underexposed for my taste, but great composition.
