Default "No Crop" on when users print

Is there a way to cause the "No Crop" option to be defaulted active rather than inactive when end users print my photos?

Most of my images are 2x3 and exactly match the print sizes I've set prices for, but recently I've added a series of wide panoramics so this issue has arisen.

I don't believe there is anyway to only allow "no crop". But if you set proof delay you should be able to fix any odd crops that the purchaser has set.
