As I sat there watching the 200 and the SX race - I was wondering who would be shooting them... Jealous! How was the 200 for shooting at night? TV seemed to show most people in the infield in one section?

Well I brought some wrong stuff. I didn't know what to expect. I thought the lighting was fantastic.

I was in the infield at the international hairpin. I had to shoot thru the cyclone fence & couldn't pan. I have a 1' folding bench that I should have brought to get over the cyclone. Just did one shooting site.

But I missed that high speed sweep. It was surreal. A lit ribbon of blacktop in the distance 20' above the parking lot with the bikes moving at 150+. It was suspended in blackness. A guy on another forum caught a Nascar fender bender there, awesome.
