At the park

Finally had a sunny morning! Not much to be had around here yet...so off to the park to see if the 40D and 100-400 still work.

    Yes, they still work! Nice sharp close-ups Ric. thumb.gif

    All taken with the 100-400? I wondered because so many online "experts" say how that zoom isn't sharp. Oh well, they will just have to eat their words.

    I'll have to check my 50D and 100-400 tomorrow at Viera.

    Like any a zoom it's a bit soft at the long end...but...like any zoom you get shots you would have missed with a prime. I have learned not to take to much of what the nit-pickers have to say to heart.
