Sharing Multiple Photos?

When you are wanting to link multiple images in a forum is there an easier way than having to get the link for each image seperately?

    There are a couple of ways, depending on exactly what you want to do:

    1) you could add a keyword to the photos that you wish to share, and then share a link to that keyword gallery
    2) if you wish to have the URLs to invididual photos, then you just need to edit the portion of the html that links to the photos.

    Most links are of the form:
    http://sitename.smugmug.com/gallery/_#_

    If all of the photos are in the same gallery, then you just need to copy-and-paste, and edit the html referring to the photo number and key.

    And if you're linking a thumbnail to your site, then you need to also change the image to point to the new thumbnail. The image URL has the format
    http://sitename.smugmug.com/photos/_-.jpg
    You simply need to change the photo number and photo key to the new values.


    For a long list, I would use something like excel to concatenate all of the strings together, and generate the final URL which you could put in the linking site.
