A few feeder birds
Playing around with the new Nikon camera today in the backyard by the feeder. Managed to get a few fun shots.
Sky was pretty boring bg. If I like one I might clone it onto a better looking sky.
All are iso 800, 1/5000th sec with 2 sb-900's (you can see the double catchlight in some of the eyes). Lens was the 105vr, mostly at f/8.
Comments, criticisms, suggestions for improvement welcomed.
1. Ouch (They actually did bonk into each other. No birds were injured during the taking of this photo.)
2. That's my thistle!
3. Giving the photographer a cute passing glance.
4. I can't stop!
