I took this yesterday afternoon, while shooting a different part of this area. I had to wait for traffic to cross the street so I quickly setup and snap a few bracketed shots. Turned out better than I anticipated.

What do you think?

I like the color and the dynamic range seems just right. Nice processing!

Thanks Jeff. That is an honor coming from you. I have yet to see a picture of yours that I do not think is awesome.

I say "superb!" I really like the comp and the treatment. I never knew a modern street could look so attractive--even the signs belong in the image. Well done!

Have come back to your photo several times & each time I find it to be really
nice. Everyone saying has mentioned most points pretty much. I see thoughtful creative composition for location. Patience. Great use of tools. PP nice. Split in the middle sky against ground. (is that a rule breaker? :D)
Here the result is well enjoyed for the quality it has.

Only nit, if I was to have one, is I see a darkish wedge just above the setting sun that I find differs strongly from the rest of the sky. Is that just me and
does that point of dark really matter? Just saying it catches my eye so as
that I notice it and give it bit attention away from the overall for me.

    Again really nice piece.

I've seen my share of horrible HDR photos but this............. is just right :D

I think you kept a good balance between creativity and reality and the HDR suits the image perfectly thumb.gif

Thanks for the great feedback everyone. I did a little tweaking based on some of the comments. I add a layer mask of one of the original images and cloned out the dark cloud right above the sunset... I too felt it looked a little strange and thus, distracting. I also cloned out the two cars on the road, the one that was very blurred making the left turn and the other one further up the road. I left the black car there because I think it adds some interest to the photo.

I would love to hear what you all think about the changes I made.
