Well I have not had a chance at one for a while that was decent but I was conversing with another photog when this one breezed by. I thank the other shooter because he had just changed his lens to a shorter focal length to take a shot of some other subjects.
Cattle Egrets count? This one was taken a couple of years ago at a rookery on Lake Texoma, where I live.
Sweet capture and cattle egrets definitely do count.

I like the breeding plummage and the way the wind is
moving the feathers around, but don't care much for the
light and was down about 1.3ev to keep detail.
I kinda like this light better
