Hello everyone!
Just thought I would drop in, to give a hello to you guys, and to show a couple of images.

The following images are from my "Ancient Landscapes" Series, all created from "Brazil Agate" rock.
These images are from various Brazil Agates, showing very small sections of the cut rock/mineral slabs that resemble the look of an ancient landscape, carved from material that is millions of years old.

For these images, I use all Canon gear, tubes, tripod, various types of lighting/reflectors, and a lightbox.

Just started a site here at SM, and even though it is not complete and needs some tweaking in places, ... and the domain name needs a change, ... feel free to stop on by.
A lot of images have yet to be added, but still plenty to view.

Plus, the blog/journal has yet to be linked to the new site, but you can still visit it at the following link.

Hope that everyone has a wonderful weekend, ... and thanks for looking!

Very clever concept Michael. It's amazing how you can perceive a larger world in something much smaller.

I particularly like #2. Something serene and mysterious about it.

Not so sure about the 3rd though as I don't see anything landscape in there :)

    Thanks Ian!

You know, ... you are right about the third image, as it is part of an entirely different series and has nothing to do with the landscape series.

I must not have been awake when posting! :D

    Thanks again,
    Michael
