RAW plugin for Photoshop CS?

I was wandering if anyone knew where to find the RAW plugin for Photoshop CS. I can't find it on Adobe's page. Seems that when they update a version, they either take away support of older products or hide 'em really well.

The new plug won't work with anything older than CS4.

This is for PC if it matters.
