    Yes, you can have 2 levels of structure:

    Clients = first level (category)
    Clients / Mexico = second level (sub-category)
    Clients / Europe = second level (sub-category)

    You cannot have 3 levels of structure.

    Might try something like this. It will allow you to virtually have more levels and separates the clients from your public galleries.

    Create a new unlisted gallery for a landing page like this with the two new category links, Mexico and Europe. The two cats can be hidden from your galleries page with js. Add this landing page client link to your nav.

    You will then be able to add sub-cats and galleries under these new cats.
    It starts at new cat levels so all of the galleries are not under the one client category.

    First add comment tags around this or remove from CSS.

    /* Replace 7677271 with your new gallery number */

    You did good, that section of CSS is for this gallery so all get the number.

    I see your Mexico test gallery, here's what I had in mind. This would be your
    landing page for the Mexico and Europe categories. With each of these cats you have the normal Smugmug three levels,
    <html>
    <center><h3>My Client Galleries</h3></center>
    <br />
    <table width="700" align="center">
    <tbody>

    <tr>
      <td>
        <a href="/Mexico">
        <img src="/photos/448602464_myjdz-Th.jpg" width="150" border="2" height="150"></a>
      </td>

      <td>
        <a href="/Europe">
        <img src="/photos/448602464_myjdz-Th.jpg" width="150" border="2" height="150"></a>
      </td>
     </tr>

    <tr valign="top" align="center" height="50">
      <td><a href="/Mexico">Mexico</a></td>
      <td><a href="/Europe">Europe</a></td>
    </tr>

    </tbody>
    </table>
    </html>

    Add this to your navbar for a direct link to this landing page.

    <li><a href="/gallery/7677271_XYCZe">Clients</a></li>

    After you have a direct link you can make the gallery unlisted. Also set it to
    journal style under customize gallery.

    Have you created Mexico and Europe categories?

    Oh, I added in one of your thumbs as an example, it can be changed.
