Well just as the title says lol. I thought it looked pretty cool, but then again, every photo I see on these forums I think looks good. I did not do any post processing after I HDRed the image. Maybe someone can point me to the right direction for post processing. I used photomatix pro for the HDR and have cs4 for whatever lol.
This picture was taken off of my balcony in my apartments. It was really foggy outside to.

As a downside i dont like the composition with the bright lamp in the middle grabbing all the attention. there is something weird going on in the lower left corner as well
I think this could work really well at an abandoned area/desolate place
The fog sets a nice mood to this image.
Did you take a look at the Tutorial on the Photomatrix Web site by any chance??? http://www.hdrsoft.com/resources/tut_win/index.html
It's pretty easy to follow, just don't forget to hit next on the Top LEFT of each page.... they have two different tutorials for MAC and PC Users.
I like the differences in tones in your shot, the background colours are more colourful, and the forground are warm.
I also agree that blownout lamp in the shot is a little distracting.
Not bad for a first try at HDR .... Skippy
