Sorting Galleries within a Category??

Forgive me if this has been answered elsewhere on the forums...I search the forums but was unable to find anything to answer my question...

How do I go about sorting galleries within a particular category.

Is this possible?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated... Thanks!
