Well now that I have some spare time, I picked up my camera for the first time in over a month and headed to Kerry Park. It was very windy and cold but well worth the brief discomfort for these awesome colors.
Enjoy!

Beautiful cityscape. Looks like you had a nice sky to play with. :) I can't believe I didn't make a point of getting some shots of the skyline while I was there. Only so much you can do in a day.

I saw that sunset while at work (!>?!#@$@!#^!$!@%^).

I'm glad you caught it on camera though, just fantastic. I love shooting from Kerry Park. I'm also excited about Spring - should have some cherry blossoms in a week or two, followed soon by daffodils and tulips. March always seems to have the craziest weather going from sun to rain and back all within the same day.

Wonderful shot! Anyone who lives in Seattle ought to want one of those.

With all the bad weather we have in Seattle, a day is almost never enough time to get something good.

Isn't that just the worst when you can see a great sunset shaping up but have no way of capturing it? It has happened to me countless times.

I'm looking forward to the cherry blossoms at the UW quad and possibly heading up to the Skagit Valley. I'm really hoping it will be good. :D

Haha, it's certainly a goal of mine to capture a picture that people here (or elsewhere, for that matter) would want.
