First Try at Outdoor Portrait

This is my first attempt at outdoor portraits. The first is a more traditional pose and the second is a bit different.

I would love any feedback.

    1. -on my (un-calibrated) monitor the first is looking quite orange.
    - I really like the blurred bg.
    - the tilt seems a bit awkward, with him leaning back.
    2. -neat perspective

    On my calibrated monitor too!

    Lighting is a bit flat for my taste in #1.
    I like #2. And . . . the color balance is better.

    I thought #1 was too warm as well. I wasn't sure if it was my monitor or not. I will adjust the warmth of #1.

    I adjusted the warmth and the crop a bit.

    Is it better now?

    Yes, I like it better, but if you look at the whites of his eyes in comparison with #2, you'll see there's still room for improvement. Way better crop.
