What's wrong with this picture?

A pair of Great Blue Herons were busy building a nest in the Viera Wetlands yesterday........

But somethings wrong.... The pair already has two small chicks in the nest, and they are building around them.....

    Great shooting. THey may be just 'high siding' it for the new borns, no longer in eggs.
