thumnails

hello there

i have a problem with my thumnails.. go to gallery then clients the clients thumnail should be the whan photography logo
( which can be found in a folder inside the clients folder)..the name of the folder is called thumnail in here i want this thumnail to be displayed on the gallery page for the folder pictuer of clients..

i have tryed everything i know but some times it works and then returns back to a random selection of shots...

what can i do to correct this
