One of my hobbies that helps me get through the long, cold, brown (sometimes white) winter months along with my trusty camera. A Hippeastrum comes in the form of a bulb and can often be seen grown around Christmas time-- some are small, some are huge-- but they always make a good conversation piece and a great subject to photograph.

Nice. Still, a bit underexposed again. The petals could be a bit whiter.

Why f/2.8? You lost focus in the foreground petals. It would have been nice to close down to f/8 to f/11 and remove the background bloom.
